Shipping policy

All Bluetti & Predator Power Products are shipped directly from our warehouse with limited stock available for pick up from our Morwell Retail Store

Note that the following conditions DO APPLY to current phone orders and online orders:

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within the same day as despatch to let you know your order is on the way! 

Predator Power products are sent direct from the supplier. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

STORE PICKUP: 

533 Princes Drive, Morwell, Victoria, 3840. Orders can be picked up on business trading days from 9am. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 100KM of our shop for orders over $500. This can change so please call BEFORE placing your order if you require delivery within 100KM. Our phone number is: 03- 5134 8899
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Local delivery orders placed before 4pm during store hours will be delivered the NEXT
day EXCEPT on Sundays.  When your order is ready for delivery we will notify you.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using a number of shipping options.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
